Every First, Second, Fourth, and Fifth Sunday at 10:00 a.m. (1 hour 15 minutes)
Sung Mass
Every Third Sunday at 10:00 a.m. (1 hour)
Family Mass
Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 9:30 a.m. (30 minutes)
Weekday Mass
Every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. (30 minutes)
Wednesday Evening Mass
Mass usually followed by public recitation of the Rosary. All welcome! Occurring every Saturday at 9:30 a.m. (45 minutes)

About Us
St Hilda’s Church is part of the Church of England serving the community of Grangetown. We are a warm and welcoming community - come and say hello. You are very welcome here!
Our life is centred on the Mass and the sacramental life of the Church, offered with reverence, beauty, and faithfulness to the Catholic tradition. From daily Mass and devotions, to the fellowship of parish life, St Hilda’s is a place where people gather to encounter God and support one another in the life of faith. Children are very welcome at all of our services, and we have a Family Mass every third sunday of the month.
Our Sunday Mass is especially beautiful, with incense and a team of altar servers each week. It is celebrated according to the Roman Rite. Whether this way of worship is familiar to you or something completely new, you are very welcome to come and experience it for yourself.
Life at St Hilda's
St Hilda’s Church serves Grangetown. Nestled between Middlesbrough and Redcar, we offer traditional worship with a warm, down-to-earth welcome. St Hilda’s also offers children’s activities, community outreach and our church hall is available to hire.
Through our worship in the Anglo-Catholic tradition of the Church of England, groups, Baby Bank, Busy Bees and parish life, St Hilda’s continues to serve the local community while welcoming people from across Teesside and beyond.
